"Clarinda" tells the fascinating story of Nancy McLehose, largely focusing on her four-year platonic love affair with Robert Burns that led to the exchange of the famous Clarinda and Sylvander letters and inspired Burns to write "Ae Fond Kiss"

The cast of the show when it toured Scotland in January/ February 2008 were SABRINA CARTER as Nancy McLehose (Clarinda), KIERAN BROWN as Robert Burns, GILLIAN BUDD as Jean Armour/ Jenny Clow and IAN HAMMOND BROWN as James McLehose/ Gavin Hamilton

"Clarinda" will be featured in showcase form at a number of Homecoming 2009 events next year and it is hoped to stage a further tour in Scotland together with a visit to London in 2010.
